The New York Times article by Bittman about the Sullivan Street bread making technique says it's easy enough for someone with a fourth grade education. Well, as a person with a fourth grade education I can confirm this statement. Now I'm going to put a fire cracker in a frog's butt.

Jalapeno frittatas with sweet potato home fries cooked in duck fat are hangover bonanzas. I don't need no fourth grade education to know that. HOZZLEFISH OUT!
