I had a breakfast that I really wanted to share. 1 cup Greek low fat yogurt, one mini banana, hand full of walnuts and maple syrup to taste. Sounds like whatever but it is a taste sensation!

Yes, you can get the greek yog in 2% and 0%, but it really is no comparison to the exquisite treat of the fatty-patty kind.
Yes, the full fat is the best but the 0% is quite good. It beats Dannon any day of the week.
